Digital Archive: Icons of St Nicholas Church - Beit Jala

The digitisation of icons from the collection of the Church of St Nicholas in Beit Jala is complete and now available through the Planet Bethlehem Archive. A collaboration between Dar Al Kalima University and the University of Sussex, these icons tell the story of modern Palestinian iconography and include many examples of the indigenous Jerusalem School style. In collaboration with Dr Jacob Norris, Faten Nastas Mitwasi and Jabra Mitwasi.
